Intelligence-driven Strategic and Tactical Planning

We created the first nationwide intelligence program for the U.S. Border Patrol and helped create and implement the Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) Resource-Based and Risk-Based nationwide strategic plans for Customs and Border Protection, which created a more secure border.  We built the first-ever DHS intelligence center in South Texas serving over 200 law enforcement organizations, resulting in the disruption and dismantling of transnational criminal organizations.

PERSONNEL & ASSET management

As founding members of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), we were at the forefront of one of the largest government transformations in recent history when twenty-two Federal agencies were merged to form DHS.  Then, we led the charge to hire over 10,000 law enforcement agents in a short period of time.  We have managed nationwide government recruitment, hiring, training and mentoring initiatives and been accountable for billions of dollars of government-owned assets (fleet, technology, equipment, etc.,) and millions of square feet of government- owned and -leased facilities.
